&rchitecture is a way of thinking about & practicing architecture. & (and) is a powerful little symbol which opens out into next step, argues for inclusion and demands to be followed. Rather than starting from within the discipline and moving outwards, &rchitecture emerges from what already is different. &rchitecture is brought into existence through the participation in and inhabitation of material space by the subjects of the city. This is a key way of discovering what the power and potential of architecture is to create inclusive cities and societies. 

 

& rchitecture allows us to begin differently to avoid our habitual acceptance in which it makes ourselves very open to variety of ways of thinking and exploring to new things. It is clear that if we do not actively try to look into or respond to difference, we will inevitably and unconsciously reinforce exclusiveness actions and outcomes in our professions and in our personal practices. Therefore, we will be exploring and investigating to produce our own the role of design research questions. The crucial pedagogic gate of this atelier is to take part of the developing on our personal design research methodology. Spaces and locations and sites or concepts are not guided but it will lead us eventually through the process of investigation. 

 

The design -research project consists of using the methods of art, design and activism to explore our selected issue to the site or associated activities. Also, we aim to create and communicated effectively and affectively which creates an emotional response to an audience of our particular outcome or drawings, performances, films etc.
